Remember many free online therapy & Counselling services are not true therapy with professionals, but may simply be call-agents hired to offer advice. Free services should not be used for serious mental health situations.
Because I operate in a very flexible way giving prices is not very straightforward. However, the below serves to operate as a rough guide, and reflect my experience and training
All sessions are online video or phone call. Sessions operate as a theraputic hour = 50 minutes

I respectfully ask that if you have a session booked with me that you give me a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel.
Less than 24 hours notice would normally mean that I need to charge you for the session.
The commitment of myself as a therapist and you as client(s) to our work is of fundamental importance to the upholding of professional standards in my practice and the success of our relationship.
